At faah, we strive to deliver high-quality products. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- Request is made within 7 days of delivery
- Item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags and packaging are intact
- Valid proof of purchase is provided
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Items returned without original packaging or tags

3. Exchanges (Size or Defect Issues)
We offer exchanges in case of:
- Size issues
- Damaged or defective product received
- Wrong item delivered
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Share order details and images (if applicable)
- Once approved, we will initiate the exchange
4. Returns & Refunds
We only offer refunds in the following cases:
- Product is damaged or defective
- Wrong product delivered
- Once the returned item is received and inspected
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method
5. Reverse Pickup / Shipping
- We may arrange reverse pickup depending on your location
- If reverse pickup is not available, customers may need to ship the product back
Shipping charges may be applicable in certain cases (e.g., size exchange)
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

- faah reserves the right to approve or reject any return request after inspection
- Refunds are not applicable for minor color variations due to screen differences
