The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Items returned without original packaging or tags
We offer exchanges in case of:
- Size issues
- Damaged or defective product received
- Wrong item delivered
- Since our products are part of limited drops, exchanges depend on size availability. We will proceed with the exchange if the requested size is in stock.
- Contact us within 5 days of delivery
- Share order details and images (if applicable)
- Once approved, we will initiate the exchange
We only offer refunds in the following cases:
- Product is damaged or defective
- Wrong product delivered
- Once the returned item is received and inspected
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method
- We do not offer reverse pickup. Customers are required to ship the product back to us for any returns or exchanges.
- Shipping charges will be borne by the customer
Shipping charges may be applicable in certain cases (e.g., size exchange)
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
- faaah reserves the right to approve or reject any return request after inspection
- Refunds are not applicable for minor color variations due to screen differences
